About Sonorant
Sonorant helps teams build reliable, low-latency voice agents for real operations. We focus on containment, quality, and safety—with least-privilege integrations, auditable actions, and rollout plans tied to measurable outcomes.
About the role
You'll work directly with customers to scope voice workflows, design integrations, and ship reliable voice agents. You'll bridge product, engineering, and operations: translating business needs into technical designs, guiding implementation, and ensuring successful rollouts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer-facing technical work and wants to own the path from pilot to production.

- Lead discovery and scoping calls with customers to define use cases, success metrics, and integration requirements.
- Design and document integration architectures (CRM, ticketing, KB, internal APIs) with security and latency in mind.
- Build and demo proof-of-concept workflows and tool configurations.
- Partner with engineering to triage issues, prioritize feature requests, and improve product based on customer feedback.
- Create and maintain rollout playbooks, runbooks, and best-practice content for customers.
- Support pilot and production launches, including training and handoff to customer teams.
